Phase 3: Project Management + Procurement

  • Project Management Binder

  • Order Placement by Lexie Saine Design

  • Lead-Time Assessments

  • Budget Review

  • Weekly Site Visit + Daily Check Ins as needed

  • Order Receivals

Phase 4: Installation

  • Installation + Styling

  • Deficiencies Identified + Resolved

  • Photoshoot

  • Project Completion
