When a close friend was preparing her home for resale, the brief was simple: refresh the boys' bathroom and the kitchen without over-designing either one. Both spaces needed to feel cohesive with the rest of the home while bringing a sense of sophistication that would resonate with the next owners.
The bathroom was reimagined with an age-neutral sensibility, refined enough to excite a teenager yet free of anything too prescriptive or trend-driven. The result feels grown-up and inviting without being gendered or fleeting. The kitchen received the same considered touch, with updates that feel elevated and timeless.
Together, both spaces strike the balance any resale refresh aspires to: fresh, polished, and ready for whoever calls it home next.
